Pepper Jam

Pepper Jam is packed full of green, red and yellow bell peppers and enough jalapeños to lend a mild heat. We dice the peppers by hand instead of mincing or grinding. That ensures each bite is full of flavor and makes a lovely, colorful appetizer when poured over cream cheese. Pepper jam is also a good dip for jalapeño poppers, pita chips and the like and also makes a nice accompaniment to baked or grilled chicken and pork.

Old-Fashioned Green Relish

Our Old-Fashioned Green Relish is not your typical relish (it contains no cucumbers!). It's a flavorful combination of vegetables - green pepper, green tomato, cabbage and onion - sugar, vinegar and spices. We think it's great as a condiment, and love it on hot dogs and hamburgers; in potato, egg or tuna salad; on a bowl of soup beans or as an appetizer with cream cheese.
